10 Ways To Improve Your Confidence

  1. Make a list of things you are good at and start doing them more.
  2. When you look in the mirror focus on the things you like about yourself, not what you want to change.
  3. Don’t compare yourself to others. Easier said than done, but you have to understand that everyone is so different and there’s no fair way to compare.
  4. Don’t look at Facebook when you are having an off day (not feeling good about yourself).  Jealously is likely to brew.
  5. Be happy for other people.  Remember that not everyone is perfect and they go through highs and lows too.
  6. Set goals that you don’t think you can reach, but are realistic.  When you accomplish one, you will feel strong.
  7. Buy a new outfit for yourself that is more dressy than casual.
  8. Do something nice for someone who is having a hard time.
  9. Go to the library and find a topic to learn more about.
  10. Exercise.  Once you get in “the zone” you’ll be amazed how much you don’t care what anyone thinks of you.
